Tesla Cybertruck promised free supercharging credits

I'm wondering if any of you have actually received the free Supercharging credits that were part of the deal when you bought your AWD or Performance model? It's been over a month since I took delivery of my car, and I haven't seen a single credit yet. Tesla support keeps repeating that it should arrive within a month, but I'm starting to feel like they're just stringing me along. Any advice on how to get those credits sooner rather than later?

The same here. I even called Tesla, but they directed me from person to person. The last one told me to contact the delivery center, but they have never picked up. At least, now I know I am not the only one.

They gave me three months to compensate for the fact there is no installer available here. But I will call them and ask for the six months once the three-month period ends. I hope they will give it to me.
