So I had this weird thing happen the other day - I was merging into traffic and suddenly got an error message saying the front motor was disabled. I pulled over, got out, and then got back in, and poof, the error was gone. Anyone ever had this kinda glitch before? Any idea what might be going on? Should I bother with a service ticket or just keep an eye on it?

It’s so frustrating that the messages just pop up and then vanish like they were never even there! I think I saw some sort of error log icon up in the top right corner when I first started messing around with this. Guess I’ll need to hunt that down again.

Anyways to address your concern, I’d recommend opening a support ticket through the Tesla app.

What did you find out? Or is it still the same?

Well, merging into "oncoming traffic" is definitely not the move! Both motors should’ve been switched off before attempting a stunt like that. Safety first, stuntmanship second!:ROFLMAO:

It's always concerning when you get an error like that. Documenting the issue and reaching out to Tesla support is a good idea, especially if it happens again. They might be able to provide more insight or address any underlying issues.
