Cybertruck charging issue

I plugged in my truck for the first time and only getting 16A / 4kW, while my M3P pulls 48A. Got a charge port latch not engaged error, but Supercharging worked fine. I am opening a ticket with Tesla, anyone else run into this with Gen 2?

I have a friend who had the same issue. I think there is some compatibility issue. Try to get a new charger.
