Powershare survey round 2

I submitted my initial Wall Connector survey last November (11/15 Model Y delivery, ordered 9/20), and Tesla said I qualified. Haven't heard a peep since then, and now they've sent me another survey today asking for almost the same stuff, plus details about my electrical panel. What the heck? I'm really counting on getting the full installation credit ($1500) and the hardware voucher ($500), not just a voucher. Any advice on how to make sure I get the install done? What are other people experiencing?

Got a second survey as well, but I’m already working with a Tesla-certified installer, just waiting on the quote now! Hopefully, it won’t take too long!

I’d follow up with Tesla support directly and confirm eligibility.

Yeah, I’d totally hit up Tesla to get the lowdown on the survey situation. Sounds like they might be rolling things out in stages, so checking in with them directly could save you from any mix-ups down the road.
