I live in a condo where Sentry Mode would be handy, since it’s basically a semi-public area. I’m heading out for a month can I leave it plugged in the whole time without draining the battery?

Smart thinking with the Sentry Mode. Keeping it plugged in while you're away for a month is the key, otherwise, it'll drain your battery pretty quickly. As long as you're plugged in, Sentry Mode should be good to go. Just make sure the outlet you're using is reliable and can handle the continuous draw, and maybe double-check your condo's rules about long-term EV parking/charging. You might also want to adjust Sentry Mode's settings to minimize power consumption if you're worried like reducing the recording frequency or turning off certain features. That way, you get the security without the stress of a dead battery when you get back.

You could also set up a schedule for Sentry Mode to only turn on at certain times, like at night. That way, you’re still covered but won’t burn through your battery while you’re gone. Pretty clever, huh?
