Disappointing experience

So I took my car in for a body repair and noticed it was filthy and scratched. The seats were also dirty. The salesperson said it was normal, but I believe they drove it before I received it.

My CT died 2 days later. I couldn't get out of it and had to use a special release. They took it to Tesla, but they're still not sure what's wrong. They attempted to fix it, but it didn't work. The truck will not start unless it is plugged in. They said they'd tell me more tomorrow, but I'm extremely upset.

Wow, that’s such a bummer. No way should it come back looking like that, it’s a total smack in the face from those guys. I’m really sorry you had to deal with this mess. Fingers crossed they get their act together and sort it out fast.
