Seriously Frustrated with Tesla Service!!

I’m so fed up with Tesla service right now. It’s been over three weeks just to get a basic repair rolling, and the communication has been a nightmare. I’ve emailed, messaged, called - feels like I’m just talking to myself! Anyone else have this kind of mess with Tesla service, or is it just me? Honestly, I’m at my wit’s end here.

That's sad to hear. I guess you just need to go to the dealership and speak to them in person.
