I’ve had my Cybertruck for about a month now (delivered mid-December), but I haven’t received any updates about the Powershare installation. My sales advisor suggested contacting the provider, but when I did, they said they haven’t received my details from Tesla.
Tesla’s chat support hasn’t been much help either, they couldn’t tell me if this delay is normal or if something went wrong with my info.
For those who’ve already got their trucks, how long did it take for your Powershare setup to get sorted? Are other May deliveries running into this issue, or am I just unlucky?
