CT tonneau cover problem

I just realized that my tonneau cover kept opening. It would stay closed when the tailgate was closed, but then it stopped working. I checked the app and noticed that one of the outlets was turned on. I turned it off, and the cover resumed working. Does anyone know why this occurred?

It might happened because the outlet being on has been interfering with the functionality.

It is interesting that turning off the outlet fixed the issue. It could be a power conflict between the outlet and the tonneau cover's electrical system, which might explain why it wasn't staying closed.

But consult a dealer if the problem persists.
