That's not good. Can you try removing the cabin air filter to check for anything stuck in there? If you are comfortable with that.
Ultimately, I would follow @Jason2459's advice.
I am curious what you will find there. Just let us know.

If you don't find anything stuck (as @echoFLYER suggested), check for loose screws or clips around the dashboard area, as they can sometimes contribute to rattling noises. But if the problem persists, don't hesitate anymore to contact Tesla support.

Yep, this is exactly what happened to me. I tightened those and it made a huge difference.
