Windshield washer problem

My windshield washer fluid reservoir is causing me problems. I had it drained because of an odd liquid formation inside. Also, when I use the washer to clean the windshield, the fluid sprays unevenly, leaving large areas stained. Has anyone else had this problem?

On delivery day, I drained every last drop of that water by running my washer pump until it was bone dry. Since then, it’s been smooth sailing - no issues with regular washer fluid, and I’m using it every single day!

Yeah, clear the reservoir. Also, use something like a needle or a pin to clear any blockages in the nozzles.

I just don't get why they keep delivering the CT with that blue thing...
